I was reading a book on the history of Google when the author mentioned a cog in Google's system. When they disregarded the word "the" in searches, the author lamented the loss of information about the 80's alternative rock band "The The". This was hilarious to me as I thought of other band names that would be unsearchable:

The 7s
The Music
The Songs < Try to search this one, I dare you
The XXX <DO NOT TRY THIS ONE!
This fits well into the hipster ideal: If only you know about it it is awesome, if no one knows...even better.
I will bet that some kids have purposely tried to make up band names that were so alternative and hipster-esque that they became completely ridiculous just like "The The".
In unrelated news, my attempts to download movies are limited by the release of titles such as "The Movie" and "Great Film"
